Spectre AI started as an AI Prediction bot in November 2023 and since May 2024, has fully pivoted into an All-One-Research Platform: The Spectre AI On-Chain Search Engine

Phase 1: Establishment and Launch (completed)

1. MVP Bot Development:

   • Develop the V1 AI Prediction bot.

2. Beta testing

   • Launch the bot to the Telegram community members for beta testing.

3. User Feedback and Iterations

   • Get user feedback and make necessary fixes and iterations to the bot.

4. Token Deployment

   • Develop the smart contract for the $spectre token.

5. Token Launch

   • Conduct a fair launch of the $spectre ERC-20 token, without pre-sale.

6. Listing on Crypto Platforms

   • Achieve listings on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko.

7. Free Usage Period

   • Offer a two-month free usage period of the AI Prediction bot for all users.

8. Web3 Support

   • Onboard Web3 advisers and long-term CT supporters.

Phase 2.1: Spectre AI: The Journey - Foundation and Team Expansion (completed)

1. Spectre AI Lounge Activation:

   • Create a token-gated community group on Telegram for collaborative AI Predictions.

   • Sharing of live predictions, trading strategies, and market insights.

2. Token Gating Optimization:

   • Implement a two-level gating system for $spectre holders to access the bot on Telegram:

   a. Wallet connection with read-only transaction; b. Verification via ETH sending mechanism.

3. X Share Function:

   • Enable users to share the bot's AI Predictions directly on X, with the automatic pasting of the AI prediction text.

4. Snipe functionality in the AI Prediction Bot:

   • Integrate a "Snipe" feature as a button within the bot.

   • Empower users to buy, sell and snipe tokens right after reviewing AI Prediction result.

5. Team Expansion:

   • Onboard UI/UX Designer, Data Scientist, AI and ML Engineers, Full-stack Web3 and Blockchain Developers to the Spectre AI team.

6. Full UI/UX Rebranding:

   • Rebrand the startup's logo, full-color scheme, announcements graphic design.

   • Update new logo, token information and design on CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, DEXTools, DEXScreener, Etherscan and Binance Web3 Community.

7. Web3 Tier 1 Partnerships:

   • Set up partnerships with Tier 1 Web3 projects including: PAAL AI, PaLM, XCeption, LinqAI, ShadowNode and more.

   • Form two-phase partnership with PAAL AI, a leader in advanced ML technologies and a gold sponsor of the world's biggest AI Summits in NYC.

   • Become the first project to be onboarded into the PaLM AI Ecosystem.

Phase 2.2: Web2 Expansion (completed)

1. Bitquery Partnership:

   • Partnership with Binance and CoinMarketCap API provider.

   • Acquire unlimited on-chain API uses.

2. Google for Startups:

   • Get into the Google for Startups Scale Tier Program as a Trusted Tester and Innovation Zone member.

   • Secure $200,000 in credits for Google Cloud Platform usage, access to exclusive Google AI products, APIs, and data storage.

   • Obtain direct support from Google engineers, developers, and Web3 partners.

3. Nvidia for Startups

   • Establish a strategic partnership with a leading technology company.

   • Start to utilize Nvidia's powerful GPUs to train more complex AI models and unlock new algorithmic possibilities for data analysis and visualization.

4. TradingView Partnership

   • Form an integration partnership with a leading charting platform.

   • Sign a license agreement to gain access to the closed-source Advanced Charts library.

   • Start to integrate the TV Advanced Charts Library for the Technical Analysis product.

5. YCombinator Application

   • Submit an application form for the Summer 24 batch to the world's premier startup accelerator and VC - YCombinator.
